The Centre for Medieval Studies (CMS) will host a meeting of its corresponding fellows from 30 September to 2 October.
Two events held as part of the meeting will be open to the public. On Wednesday, 30 September, Professor Lucie Doležalová will deliver the opening lecture, “Chaos and Failure? On Cooperation in Medieval Studies”, at 5:30 p.m. in the CMS reading room.
On Thursday, 1 October, a panel discussion entitled “The State of Medieval Studies (Especially on and in Central Europe)” will begin at 10:30 a.m. The panellists will be CMS international fellows Julia Burkhardt, Monika Raczkowska, Christian Jaser, Gábor Klaniczay, Gerald Schwedler, and Dušan Zupka.
