Czech Medieval Sources online
The Czech Medieval Sources online project publishes editions of primary sources important for Czech medieval history.
The Fontes section contains scanned editions with full-text search. (currently available 925 volumes).
The HyperFontes section contains metadata for works and authors published in Fontes. (currently available 830 records )
The Regesta section, created in cooperation with the Department of Auxiliary Historical Sciences and Archives of the Faculty of Arts of Masaryk University, is included in the portal Historical sources within reach. The section now contains 4300 regests.
The Itineraria section collects itinerary data on Czech rulers. The web interface is under construction; however, it is possible to extract data from tables.
In the interest of maintaining and further developing the database, we would like to ask all users to include the following formulation into publications written with the assistance of Czech Medieval Sources online. Its reporting is not meant to compete with standard dedications, but only serves to provide a statistical record for the purposes of the MŠMT which now sponsors the database.
